Fazoli's Reviews
We have going to the Fazolis in Chesapeake Greenbrier for years but it is now closed. We are wondering where Aaron is working now.
We hadn't been to a Fazoli's for a few years, so we stopped in to this store for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised as soon as we walked in the door. If you've been there, you know why. Aaron greets everyone as soon as they walk in. He brought us our food quickly. It was hot and delicious, just like we remembered. I highly recommend this place if you want good hot food, with service and hospitality that feels like you're at Grandma's house.

At Fazoli's, customers are greeted with friendly customer service from dedicated employees. The restaurant offers good value, with meals like spaghetti and fettuccini alfredo, paired with unlimited breadsticks, at an affordable price of $12. The staff works hard to ensure a satisfying meal, and the breadsticks are often praised as being on point. While some customers have experienced longer wait times or less attentive service, others highlight the friendly and professional attitude of staff members, especially the cashier. Overall, Fazoli's provides Italian food that is enjoyable, without pretense, and offers generous servings in a casual setting.
