There’s a guy named Aaron, that greeted me and my family as we walked thru the door. He has got to be one of the most Patriotic, and customer centric individuals that I have had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. I honestly have never met someone so proud to work for a company. The pride he takes in his job is expressed by his words and actions. He should be the manager and spread his contagious positive attitude. He said that he’s been an employee there for 20yrs! My family sends a sincere thank you to Aaron!

After placing a small order, I was the only one in the Drive-Thru. I pulled around to the window and sat there for 10 minutes while two people inside played on their phones the whole time. Nobody ever opened the window. Took my card or said anything to me. Eventually I just drove away because I needed to buy food.

ORDERED TODAY ONLINE TO PICK UP IN THE DRIVE-THRU WHICH IS OFFERED ON THE APP. I ARRIVED IN THE DRIVE-THRU JUST TO BE TOLD THAT I WOULD NEED TO COME INSIDE AFTER BEING STUCK IN LINE AND WHEN I ASKED WHY I COULDN'T PICK UP IN THE DRIVE-THRU AS OFFERED. I WAS THEN TOLD THAT THEY HAD JUST SOLD OUT OF WHAT I HAD ORDERED EVEN THOUGH I HAD ORDERED IT ONLINE 15 MINUTES EARLIER THAN REACHING THE WINDOW. I WAS THEN TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT SHE WAS UNABLE TO REFUND MY MONEY AND I WOULD NEED TO CALL THE COMPANY DIRECT TO RECEIVE A REFUND EVEN THOUGH I SHOWED HER THAT THE APP CLEARLY SAID FOR A REFUND TO GO TO THE STORE THAT I ORDERED FROM. SHE AGAIN STATED THAT SHE COULD NOT DO A REFUND FOR MY ORDER AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN SHE STATES THAT SHE WAS ABLE TO DO IT AND GIVES ME A REFUND RECEIPT FOR $0.00 WHEN MY MEAL COST $11.75 THAT THEY NEVER GAVE ME. I THEN WENT INSIDE TO SHOW HER THAT THE CHARGE WAS NOT REFUNDED INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT AND SHE STATED IT WOULD TAKE 3-5-7 DAYS FOR IT TO SHOW WHEN IT TOOK THEM A MATTER OF MINUTES TO REMOVE MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. SHE AND ALL OF THE OTHER EMPLOYEES WERE LAUGHING AND CARRYING ON ABOUT IT. THE ENTIRE STORE EMPLOYEES NEED TO BE FIRED AND THE STORE CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED FOR THE INEPTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY THE AMAZON BLACK WOMAN WHO THOUGHT IT WAS HISTERICAL THAT I WANTED MY MONEY BACK FOR FOOD THAT I NEVER RECEIVED AND THE SO CALLED MANAGER WITH ALL OF THE DISGUSTING PIERCINGS ALL OVER HER FACE THAT HAS NO CLUE HOW TO DO HER JOB. I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE MAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND IF I DON'T GET A RESULT THAT SATISFIES ME I WILL CONTACT A LAWYER. THIS STORE'S EMPLOYEES ALL NEED TO BE FIRED AND THE STORE CLOSED AND DEMOLISHED.

There is a gentleman on staff that has worked for fazoli's for twenty years. He was very animated and very helpful and kind and loved his job. Definitely a dying breed. It was refreshing to see someone so enthusiastic about their job while serving others. Truly an awesome experience.

Me and my mom came to this place because we remembered it being good the last time we ate here. We ordered our food and got it and we didn’t notice anything wrong with it until we found no flavor in the pizza and looked at it and we dough was completely uncooked. There was cheese on top of it to cover up the raw dough. At that point we relied on the breadsticks and they were just soaked with butter and garlic. Place was dirty and not many employees.

Just stopped here with my mom today for some lunch. Got some spaghetti, fettuccini alfredo, and unlimited breadsticks for only $12, SUPER cheap but was very good.I’ve probably eaten here since I was little and it never disappoints, and Aaron is here everytime holding it down. I swear there are only like 5 workers there but they work very hard. I hope they keep this place open, I feel for him and the squad they have.

Just wanted to share my recent experience at one of your locations. I was super pumped to order a dozen of your legendary breadsticks online and even added an Italian cream cheesecake to my order. But when I swung by the drive-thru to pick it up, it turns out the cheesecake was MIA because it's seasonal. Which I completely understand. However your worker handed me my bag and said breadsticks with two sides of sauce, failing to mention there's no cake in there. So he walked away and I checked my bag. He comes back and I say where's the cake? His response is "it's seasonal" I responded with so you were just going to let me drive away without offering to replace it or give me a refund? At that point a female employee walks over and addresses me. She could really use help on how to constructively respond to customers. I explain I think it's extremely shady that they were going to let me leave without something I paid for and not offering a refund or a replacement. To which her response was "I can't give you a refund because you ordered online" . So fazoli's staff and management something like this is how it should have been handled I'll put it in quotes "I'm sorry the Italian cream cheesecake you ordered is a seasonal item and it's not available. I can either offer you a regular cheesecake or a chocolate cheesecake I'm unable to provide a refund because you placed the order online but if you reach out to the online ordering they should be able to help you" And this is what you should say to the customer without the customer having to point out or ask you after they noticed . Instead you took their money and did not provide them with a product and your staff knowingly did this. I have 16 million views on my reviews and I hope every one of them sees this because this is a shady business practice!! I expect better from you and your employees and I would be happy to discuss this further in person.Signed,A very disappointed decade long customer

Every few years I make the mistake of going to Fazoli's. I keep forgetting how bad it actually is, as well as overpriced. Seriously, a single slice of pizza - large enough to hold a single pepperoni, a drink, and pasta costs waaaaaay to much there - especially since the quality is so low. Its not disgusting, but it aint good. The tiny sliver of pizza was dry and like I said, large enough for one pepperoni. The chicken alfredo pasta didnt contain alfredo sauce, but alfredo soup. The pasta was just sitting a pool of white liquid. Milk would have had more substance. Then threw in a few chunks chicken. I would genuinely be surprised if anything was fresh.Seriously, Ive been there maybe 3 times total and every time I am beyond disappointed. You would be better off buying frozen italian food from the store and cooking it. It would be cheaper and taste better. Avoid this place.
