Came in for the shawarma bowl during
Dinner rush, waited over 40 minutes in line and for the chicken shawarma to be cooked and did not enjoy the bowl. Line was super long, called the next day the offered to replace my bowl for free and the manager apologized. Thanks Cava.

I always come to visit this establishment and the customer service is awesome! Rosie is so professional and provides excellent customer service. The whole staff makes you feel so welcome!
