Usually Chanellos is one of my go to places i go to every week or so they have great prices and great food and im ususally greeted with good customer service and quick service. Tonight I tried to place an order for pickup by calling. Nobody answers. Waited 10 minutes and called back still no answer. So I went in person to place an order and waited in the front for someone to come take my order, the store was completely empty i think the guy working was in the back behind the store....
My pizza is always hot and delicious. The staff is always very polite. Manager (Kristina) greets me with a smile and had my usual order memorized. My daughter loves the cinnamon knots. She asks for them every time we go.
From out of town our place for the night was near this establishment.. Our kids wanted pizza so we stopped the food was great and the staff was very friendly and personable. We'd definitely recommend
