Chanello's Pizza #18 Volvo

My vist to Chanellos today was rude and unprofessional.....im very offended by
How they handled my patience and time there.....I work for delivery service and the tall guy who spoke to me about my order told me it was goin to take 7 mins...im not the only one he was telling that.... so i didn't think nothing of it....so I waited ..... he seem to be the only one that was making pizza.... i guess the one who claimed he was the boss was standing around talking for a long time to him and the other people who worked their was as well... no one was really paying attention... one of the guys asked who I was waiting for.... then walked away by that time its about 30mins...... i asked the same man from the beginning... how much longer did he think , i been waiting for almost 40 min he looks back and started to talking to other works about what happened.... then said that someone handed out the customer food to someone esle 5 more mins ...so i ask why they didnt he tell me, i been setting here this long he said they found out when i asked them smh ....waited 10 more mins and then I said this is crazy the tall guy jus told me anything to shut me up .... I asked why would you keep tell me false time... then that's when conversation got out of control.... the one who called him self the a boss used profanity toward me and racists comments...no one apologized to me, no one said much of anything like i was in the wrong ... thats not OK! Only when i said something about it they tired to make me feel like there was no issue
..... then lied and said someone apologized to me and i was horribly dealt with ....im really offend by the boss .....I want to talk to someone above him smh..... do not go there there! Its very unprofessional!

Tried to order online and was having issues with the website. Called to order and stated I will be paying cash. He refused and asked for my debit card. Is 2025 and nobody should be giving credit card information over the phone! He then proceeded to hang up the call. Unprofessional! However orders online give you the option to pay cash when the driver delivers the pizza. But they be quick to accept cash on tips!!!! Close this trashy shop for good!!! There is a reason it has nasty reviews

My food was uncooked the cheese looked like cottage cheese on my cheese fries and when I called up there the guy I was talking to hung up on me and so I went up there and he said it was supposed to leave like that but we ordered there all the time and it never looked like the and then he asked did I wanted

Chanello's selling stuff that looks like dog food no I won't eat it and I won't buy it and I won't ever order there again.

I used to go to this chanello's for years and never had this happen. I ordered 2 large (14 inches) it was @11:25pm. Notice the amount of space in the box and a lot of crust in the pictures. I ordered for a family of four. I know what to expect with chanello's I go to a lot of them you can check my reviews. So I was pretty pissed; but not so much that I would cause a problem. I saw how small my pizza's were and the lack of toppings in the store. I just wanted to get my food and get home at a certain time. The food was cooked all the way so I wasn't gonna crash out I was just disappointed especially with this one. This was my go to when I lived in the area. Maybe it was the servers(two new dudes I never seen before; It's been a while), management(probably telling them to skimp out, or the time I ordered(although I used to order later than that like @ 2o'clock and get my order right).Now I know where not to go when I want pizza.

I recieved my food. It was cold, but burnt. Hardly cut. Ive had way better pizzas from here. Even late night and this was not it.

The food there was excellent and zach was super helpfull and super friendly will come back!!

This place used to be the best place for pizza ,now it’s trash,I ordered pizza and the guy came from the back and said they are out of cheese just because he didn’t feel like making pizza. Pizzeria out of cheese

Tried to call for a pick up order an hour and half before closing on Sunday June 29th. I had to call 10 times before someone picked up and then they immediately placed me on hold for 20 minutes until I hung up. I went in just to see 3 guys doing nothing not busy at all when I saw that they were just ignoring calls and didn't seem to want to work I decided not to place an order because they probably wouldn't have made my pizza right anyways. I will not be coming to this location again

Ordered a pan pizza and this is how the pizza came whenever picked up. Looked like a pound of cheese and everything was raw. You can literally see uncooked cheese and dough. I didn’t even want a refund or a remake. Can’t be that hard to keep the pizza in the oven for the correct time. Wouldn’t recommend eating at this location.

Short yt heavy set man with long beard refused to remake my order. Told me to call bk and ask to tim...didn't care for his customer service at all
