Based on the reviews, sweetFrog is a clean store with a great appearance and an amazing atmosphere. The facility is well-maintained, with a clean and well-stocked toppings buffet and all tables wiped down. The cost has gone up, but the delicious treats satisfy cravings. Customers enjoy the variety and freedom to customize ice cream with all the toppings, making it a fantastic spot for a family outing. The staff are generally very kind, attentive, and friendly, greeting customers when they walk in and quickly cleaning up messes. One worker was not friendly and had no conversation, but another cashier told customers about the awesome rewards/points system. A group celebrating an 11th birthday had a special experience.
