They are slipping in maintaining the restaurant clean. Cashiers are not communicating with one another when filling orders. The drive thru is impeding on the parked cars and the parking lot is very congested with the drive thru. I am surprised that there isn't an accident yet.
My husband and I dined in the Crossways location in Chesapeake. I noticed that the person who is tasked to clean the tables, sweep the floor and throw trash is also serving the customers' food on trays while wearing the dirty gloves.
Probably the worst one I’ve been to and I LOVE me some Chick-fil-a. I always have to wait in the mobile express lane. Always messing my order up and their workers aren’t friendly only a sprinkle of them. I have to go to this one due to my work location sadly… I hope they see this to do better. Also submitted claims online whenever they mess up…
