First I want to say those mozzarella sticks….Nashville Hot, delish! Our waiter was wonderful, and attentive. However, I was on a girls night with my daughter to see Wicked. We came for colorful drinks and bonding time. We were rocking our Wicked attire, excited to see the new movie and spend time together. As we walked in a young lady at the hostess station shook her head and said “ridiculous”. Another young lady told her stop. Ma’am you put a damper on our experience. When working customer service please keep your opinions to yourself, wrong or not. Kids grow so fast, and being a busy working mom with a good, hardworking young adult daughter, these times are precious. I was so taken back and shocked that I didn’t even hear the hostess tell us the wait time. I just couldn’t believe what I just experienced.

We use to love Chili’s every Sunday after Church but now not so much! Our bean burgers were cold, made wrong and broken into pieces. When we went back inside to show them we were told that because of the burgers being dry they break into pieces??? Never heard that and I eat them all the time from there and never had a broken into pieces burger. Then the young lady said the same thing. Then I was asked would I just keep it because that’s what they do so I’ll have to wait 20 mins I said I’ll wait and was told ok but it’ll break they are dry. Mind you the other one in the car wasn’t broken. ( I ordered 2.) after 20 mins it was ready and wasn’t broken!!! They lied! 0 stars. Treat your customers like humans we keep your business going. A waste of my money!!!

Take out burgers were cooked to perfection and the wait time was under 7 minutes. Not to be mistaken for the Great Bridge Chilis...
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great experience from the time my family and I walked in the door. We go out to eat about 3 times a week and lately everywhere we have been going has just been OK (sometimes not so good). We live close to Franklin so we usually don't make our way to chesapeake Sq too often. WHEN I TELL YOU..this entire experience was the best we have had in over a year..my my my. The food was delicious and fresh...the service was on point and refreshing. Definitely will be making the drive to come back and enjoy this great experience again.

To-Go order area is very slow. There should be someone assisting with pre-paid pick-up orders and a different person taking the to-go orders to make it more efficient. Line was almost out the door because everyone was waiting on a large family to order to-go. I went to the front area to see if they could just retrieve my order from the back (as I had just saw another do) and was told I had to wait in the to-go area until the family and 4 people before me went, just to pick-up an order that was already ready and paid for. Lady I interacted with was very rude and not personable. In the time it took her to go back and forth she could’ve just got the order.
