I went to the one on Frederick Blvd but they ran out of sour cream, so I left and went to the one near Chesapeake Square Mall but they had run out of lettuce by the time they got to me. Otherwise, everything was good. I learned not to go in the evening after 7 as this has happened before when I waited.

I have celiac and love the gluten free options available. The food is delicious but I have to say if you add extra sour cream, corn, or cheese they don't really add it but overall good!

Manager is SO disrespectful to her employees and talks to them like they're 2. The two girls working the line were so sweet when I went in. Thisnis the second time this location has forgot my Guac and Queso and filled bowl half way.

Way way way Cleaner than the other local Chipotle only problem here is the employees rush your order even when there is no one behind you. It causes me stress. They ask what I want next, i.e., protein before they even finished putting in rice.... then when they put in the beans, they already forgot the protein, so they ask again with even MORE pressure like they are on some sort of timed competition, I feel like they weren't even listening when they asked the first time.
Not cool.
The food is always great and excellent quality. And the employees are great too!! Just slow down. It ain't the lunch rush!! I go a good hour after the lunch rush for a reason, yet I'm still rushed to order even though I'm the only customer...

I've given this location so many chances but every time im let down. Every time i order ahead its always not ready and somethings always wrong with the order. This time i paid for extra chicken for my husband's burrito and a regular portion of chicken for mine. Both burritos barely had any chicken and what was in there were the tinest pieces. Also orderd brown rice and it was full of nothing but white rice, no corn salsa. Ill drive the extra distance to the college drive location from now on.

They need another worker on the takeout station because I had to wait in a line just to tell them I had a takeout order for them to start making my order! I should have just waited in the regular line to get my order it would have been much faster. If there are so many people using the drive through and drive through get priority don’t do takeout because it’s slower.

They have been saying there is NO vinaigrette for the past couple of weeks. Why are they being stingy with the vinaigrette and lying?! This place is terrible. I pay for my food and they act like the vinaigrette is coming from out of their personal kitchen!

10/10 would NOT recommend! Went there today on my lunch break and they didn’t open until 15 minutes after open time, manager was arguing loudly in front of customers with employee about a break, and drink machine area was dirty on top of they weren’t even organized so idk why they weren’t open on time if nothing was done or cleaned. And I would suggest management to take their employees to the back instead of yelling in the front

Was so excited to get my chipotle. They ended up being out of rice and lettuce. Skimped on all the portions. One of the workers commented on the size of the burrito but still put it in the bag. Ordered chips and guacamole but only ended up getting the chips. Paid extra for guacamole but didn’t even get it. Quite disappointed for $40. Most likely won’t go to this one again
