Chipotle Mexican Grill

The evening I went there may have been a one-off, however, they were out of multiple ingredients. The lady behind the counter announced that they were unable to make burritos because they didn't have any wraps, they also stated that if you wanted to order a bowl, they only had white rice. There was a delivery truck outside, however this was about 7:30 at night and I don't understand how they can run out of basic product.

The only reason I come here is my daughter loves this place for some reason I think the people are rude. The food is overpriced for what you get but again my daughter loves it so I will continue to bring her here.

Worst Chipotle in America. I wish I could give zero stars.They never have anything ready, all have attitudes, and zero costumer service. The management at this location is nonexistent. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered pickup from the Chipotlane and they definitely did NOT add everything I asked for (where’s my Romain lettuce and Fajita veggies?). I added a tip for absolutely nothing and won’t be coming back to this location. Sad.

I went to the one on Frederick Blvd but they ran out of sour cream, so I left and went to the one near Chesapeake Square Mall but they had run out of lettuce by the time they got to me. Otherwise, everything was good. I learned not to go in the evening after 7 as this has happened before when I waited.

I have celiac and love the gluten free options available. The food is delicious but I have to say if you add extra sour cream, corn, or cheese they don't really add it but overall good!
