Horrible customer service...looking thru the drive through window, the place is disgusting. I placed an online order, pay for the order, sat in the drive through line for 35 minutes, not one word spoken by the specimen at the window. Smashed, dirty (covered in guacamole), and cold. As a consumer, pay hard earned money, I'm highly disappointed and expects more from this company.
Ordered online at 7:39 for an 8 pm pick up. They locked the doors and we are still waiting in line with 12 other cars. It is now 8:48 and we still cannot pick up.
Terrible.
