I use to love cookout. I feel dine in experience has gone down. It definitely doesn't smell clean in there. The tables are sticky. They can definitely use some leadership and management in there! Prices go up, portions sizes have come down!
The food is what brings me back to any Cookout because it's consistent. Customer service...not so much. I'm sure this could be improved if the speakers didn't break up so much. You have to constantly repeat yourself. My last time here made me stop ordering in the middle. I didn't want to give Cookout another dime. Drive thru speaker system is WAY too loud. I could NOT understand what the employee was saying. Had to ask her several times to repeat what she was saying. She was speaking way too fast also. Other than that it was ok.
