the two men working around 2pm on the free cookie day 7/20 were working very hard. some people were being pretty rude about a free cookie especially when you can see it's only those 2 working there. guy working the front had a lot of patience. they were doing their best but management definitely left them in the trenches. needed more support.
So overall I really do like Crumbl however at this specific location the sanitation is not very up to standard. I wanted to raise a food safety concern regarding this location. On multiple visits, I’ve observed employees handle cash or touch customer-use screens while wearing gloves and then continue preparing and icing cookies without changing gloves. This has happened more than once, including today. My concern is cross-contamination and proper sanitation practices...
Crumbl never disappoints! The cookies are huge, soft in the center with that perfect chewy edge, and the rotating weekly menu keeps things exciting. I love how creative the flavors are — from classics like Chocolate Chip to fun ones like Churro or Key Lime Pie. The presentation is always on point, and the pink box makes it feel like a treat before you even take a bite.
