I came here at the recommendation of a Japanese Yoga Instructor who was working in Virginia Beach, and it was amazing! I went by myself, sat at the bar comfortably in peace. I had the Hiro Roll, the New York Roll, the Chanwanmushi, and got I believe Tendon to go, as well as a creme Brule. I could have eaten here every day. The sushi chef is from Nagoya, and very kind. The quality here is impeccable. It’s very authentic and fresh. My only complaint is that it can be slow & the young server there sometimes forgets to bring things out, but the chef is meticulous.
Lived in Okinawa, Japan for 4 years and have visited the Tokyo MSA numerous times. Best stateside sushi around. Highly recommended by sushi and ramen snobs far and wide. Thank me later.
