Was in Chesapeake Virginia and it was. Free cone day so we stopped at DQ there and picked up a free cone. The DQ'S in Elizabeth City and edenton do not do any permotions at their store they are owned by the same people. Never do the same things thstvall other DQ'S do.

The staff is friendly. Even when the line is long, it moves surprisingly fast, so you're not left waiting too long. The Dairy Queen Superman Blizzard is absolutely delicious! The ultimate sidekick for your summer fun.

I don't go often, and for a cone, it's pretty good; Blizzards are another story. They are never mixed correctly, so you get one bite that is good and another that is just ice cream
