We never eat out, so this was our first time trying DQ after moving to the area a year ago. My kid saw the "$7 Meal Deal" advertised on TV. Sadly, our expectations from that advertisement did not match the reality of what we got (runny gravy, few fries, half-sized sundaes, inconsistencies of chicken tender sizes in all 3 boxes, etc.), so we won't be back.

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 13 birthday. Went to pick up the cake on the day designated on the order. They were unable to locate my order. The manager went over and above to make it right! I can not express the excellent customer service at this location. We only go two or three times a year and have never had a bad experience. Thank you for being anazing

It’s Dairy Queen, so either you like it or you go to Cold Stone. We like this DQ, but the service can be horrible at times. Many times there doesn’t even seem to be a manager on site. However, our orders are usually correct, and who doesn’t love a blizzard?
