“This is one of the Domino's I've ever been to and I've been to many from the north east south and west in the united states.. They without a doubt make the best pizza when it comes to quality, and there customer service when coming in is Great. No body is perfect but I can't see how someone can dislike this Domino's.“
“Typical Dominos in Hampton Roads. Service was 4 stars because I ordered for carside delivery, sat outside for 10 minutes with my hazards on, and in the correct vehicle I listed on the app - yet nobody came out. Not a big deal to have to walk into the store, but if they aren't going to participate in the carside delivery, they shouldn't offer it.
All in all, I would and probably will be ordering from this location again, lesson learned to treat it as normal pick next time.“
“Overall a typical Dominos. Just don't order through UberEats. The app will tell you it's delivered when it's not and then have you call the store. Took 45 minutes of being placed on hold and back and forth before finding out UberEats was wrong and it wasn't even out of the oven. Do better uber eats

“Order placed around 10:25pm This Domino's called @ 11:23pm to inform me that they do not deliver to my neighborhood and I need to come pick up the pizzas. Mind you this is after waiting for what felt like 4ever, looking at the tracker which said they're doing a quality check and it'll b delivered shortly. The person who called sounded like a young Gurl, and the way she told me was matter of fact, like "u need to come get it", no apologies. I said I don't have a car, ( I didnt mention I also have kids). I confirmed that this is the same Domino's around the corner from where we live and she says they don't deliver in our area, which is the same as theirs, after a certain time bc they've gotten robbed b4. And the way she said it was like I'm the 1 who robbed them. I got angry and pointed they waited an hr to tell me this, the tracker says yall doing a quality check and the pizza will be here soon. I asked what compensation are u going to give me 4 this and I asked for the manager. She, KARMEN SMITH, told me she is a manager then quickly placed me on hold, came back to say her District Manager said they don't issue compensation for me living in a bad area....all she can do is refund me....WHAT! I became even angrier, did not cuss, told her shes young (didnt say HOOD), and she has authority as a manager, & im sure she didnt tell her district manager the issue in a way that she should've. She didn't get it, she just got more heated & even ruder. I told her to issue my refund and I won't ever do business with them again, she was overtalking me-no surprise GURL, said she would and hung up on me. I called back to get her name. Now what u wanna bet my refund won't be immediate, so I can't order from another place. It was a $50 order. Its okay, cuz God don't like ugly and it's a blessing in disguise. I've learned to keep my money from poor customer oriented businesses & I hope KARMEN will learn something too, like you should start off with an apology when delivering bad news, this was not a policy u guys had posted on your website, so in my book you are in the wrong and I have every right 2b HANGRY! Now let me get in this kitchen and make some food.“
“On a Friday busy as all pizza places are an there had to be a computer glitch to not process my order or payment and after the lovely employee says after I came back to pick my order she explained it never went through an it wasnt her fault and so she was so kind, patient, and calmly asked for me to call my bank to see if it went through and usually I always ask any place of business please so kindly give me a receipt and I didn't even ask but I was on the phone for nearly 25 minutes waiting for a person to come on as I had to be placed in line over the phone and as I did accordingly she reprocessed my ordered as I was on hold and once I was done I explained that it never processed and so her and I never butted heads she was as nice as she was when she took the first order and it was busy as a Friday evening is and she gave me a cold 20oz coke as I waited another 25 minutes and I would go there if they had a line wrapped around South Battlefield blvd cause the entire staff never changed their professional work ethics they stayed on key and they weren't bothered by how busy or how the phone was ringing and the young woman answered phones as she assisted me and I tried to give her a tip but there wasn't tip process to do so but they should cause she was doing 5 to 8 things at the same time and they all need raises and I thank the entire staff and management for having Excellency of how great your team is ......I give TOP INFINITY 10 OR INFINITY A+'s“
