Domino's Pizza in Chesapeake

“Pizza was good . We ordered curb and side meaning they would bring it to our car once it was ready and we were picking it up but I guess this place has a different version of curb side pick up because we literally sat in our car for about ,30 min watching thru the windows the dudes in there just going on with what they were doing not even considering bringing us the pizza . We could have sat out there all nite and not been acknowledged im sure but eventually I went in to get my pizza . They weren't busy either so there was no understanding to me why u offer a service but then don't follow thru with it because the people in the car next to me ended up doing the same thing and walking in for this order since nobody was bringing it out . Maybe u should take that service off the menu or maybe the employees are just lazy and need to be replaced or given shorter shifts if walking out to the car is more then they would like to do“

“Manger on around 6pm Friday handled a (less than intelligent) man who was pissed about the online queue system. There was literally not a thing an individual working for a corporation could do to fix it. As a manager myself, these interactions are typically frustrating beyond belief. Manager held their own and offered an apology and kept it professional. To that man, if you're reading this, learn to relax bud!“

But they need a raise! I customized my order online for the first time and they made it exactly the way I asked. The driver was nice and courteous and came with my hot meal w/ pizza, wings, & subs within 25 min! My $68 order was on point and worth every penny!!“

The pizzas were ok. Its not the best one I have been to, but not the worst. If you like dominos, you will likely be satisfied by the food here.

My kids liked it.

I ordered the pizzas early in the day and the wait to pick them up was not bad.“

“I have ordered from them for years (since they opened), but recently the food and service has not been the same. They use to be spot on with your order and service. I would say 30% of the time they are on time and my food is hot (as well as cook right). Most of the delivery drivers are very polite and nice, so I still tip them well.“
