Domino's Pizza in Chesapeake

“The quality of this location has gone down.. I placed an order today for delivery, I was placed on hold about 3 times. Finally, I was able to have my order taken. I asked the guy if they were really busy today. He said blatantly no. I tried to place my order, and he rushed my order thinking I was going to get what I got last time.. My order was placed. Finally. I got my pizza, and it looked like they bought a frozen pizza from Walmart and placed it in the oven. No extra cheese or meat was placed on my order as I purchased it. This location is TRASH WHICH MEANS MANAGEMENT IS TRASH AS WELL. THE WHOLE STAFF MUST BE TRASH. If you value good pizza, never go to Domino's again. I hope this was helpful to pizza lovers!“

“On a Friday busy as all pizza places are an there had to be a computer glitch to not process my order or payment and after the lovely employee says after I came back to pick my order she explained it never went through an it wasnt her fault and so she was so kind, patient, and calmly asked for me to call my bank to see if it went through and usually I always ask any place of business please so kindly give me a receipt and I didn't even ask but I was on the phone for nearly 25 minutes waiting for a person to come on as I had to be placed in line over the phone and as I did accordingly she reprocessed my ordered as I was on hold and once I was done I explained that it never processed and so her and I never butted heads she was as nice as she was when she took the first order and it was busy as a Friday evening is and she gave me a cold 20oz coke as I waited another 25 minutes and I would go there if they had a line wrapped around South Battlefield blvd cause the entire staff never changed their professional work ethics they stayed on key and they weren't bothered by how busy or how the phone was ringing and the young woman answered phones as she assisted me and I tried to give her a tip but there wasn't tip process to do so but they should cause she was doing 5 to 8 things at the same time and they all need raises and I thank the entire staff and management for having Excellency of how great your team is ......I give TOP INFINITY 10 OR INFINITY A+'s“

“This is one of the Domino's I've ever been to and I've been to many from the north east south and west in the united states.. They without a doubt make the best pizza when it comes to quality, and there customer service when coming in is Great. No body is perfect but I can't see how someone can dislike this Domino's.“

The pizzas were ok. Its not the best one I have been to, but not the worst. If you like dominos, you will likely be satisfied by the food here.

My kids liked it.

I ordered the pizzas early in the day and the wait to pick them up was not bad.“

“Food as always is great, and pricing is perfect for a family of 4! There is quite a wait when going in to place an order as they are all working on the current orders they have, but not one person acknowledged that we were there and waiting to be serviced. Not even to tell us someone will be with us in a bit. They just kept going. I like that you can see them make the pizza, but there is a huge empty box taking up much space.“

“I have ordered from them for years (since they opened), but recently the food and service has not been the same. They use to be spot on with your order and service. I would say 30% of the time they are on time and my food is hot (as well as cook right). Most of the delivery drivers are very polite and nice, so I still tip them well.“
