Place is cleaner than it used to be & is now set up nicely to keep a flow going. Service depends on who you get. One manager there hardly works, even when he notices the team is slammed. He often leaves the store or will just stand behind the register even when no one else is in line. He even left, on the clock, to go with a friend to the gas station across the street, leaving an employee in training by himself. However, the older lady & male that work there are super...

Overall everything was pretty good. Small nitpicks here and there. Food and drinks were yummy. Sad they were out of some of the things we wanted. Drive thru was a bit slow but it was during the morning rush. Will definitely come back to this location.

I stop in this location all the time for coffee and a apple fritter or donut and the staff gives the best service. Today I was in the area working as a Uber driver and needed to use the restroom. Abbey was a doll to allow me to use the restroom before purchasing something.

I am disappointed with management though. I am someone that spends $100s with dunkin. Staff should not be spoken to because they allowed someone to use the restroom when in need. Im not...
