No matter where I've lived, Einstein Bagels has been close by. In addition to the delicious tasting bagels, there's a plentiful array of bagel flavors from which to choose. Also, a gem is that on Mondays, they offer a discounted bakers' dozen - it turns out to be an affordable way to purchase my favorite bagels. I rated their "atmosphere" as 3 stars because I've always done take-out and only observed their eating area.

Let me start with I've been going to Einstein for a long time and have always had great food and the staff was always so nice. Recently I can't not say the same.Today I went for my usual and as I was at the counter the lady ran into the bagel catch tray where bagels are sliced and it fell on the floor. She was about to put it back on but just set it on the counter next to it and proceeded to take my order. After she did, she went over to the tray to reconnect it to the machine and I said "uhhhh can you not use that since it was just on the floor?". She replied "it fell on this side so it won't be touching your bagel". I was stunned... then she said "do you want me to wash it?". What kind of question is that? Who would ever say oh no don't worry about I'd love a side of floor grime with my bagel thanks. So I said yeah that'd be great and she walked off irritated.This new group of staff members are something else. I also got a flavored lemonade with ended up just being mostly water with a hint of lemon and fruit. There is a lack in quality control and a serious lack of cleanliness. I won't be back for awhile. Do better.Also fix your rewards machine. It's been down for a very long time.

I started going about 1 months ago. No Apps accepted. Points off my receipt I have to go to website within 24 hours to get free stuff. Bagels are delicious and coffee is good. Prices are very high. So They need to get there system up an working.

First time here & let’s just say I went back 30 mins later to get another bagel for me and my husband!. Tasted so fresh! They even have doggy bagels which was super cool to get for my dog. Definitely a returning customer. The girl at the register this morning around 8:30-8:45 am was super sweet! She said she was new however she was smashing it!

Dirty dining area. Floors and tables were not clean. Seemed run down since my visit when they first opened. Overpriced for a breakfast. Walked out without ordering!

Placed my order online the evening before set the pickup time for 8:15, I showed up at 7:45 Kim was very polite and started my breakfast sandwiches right away so they will be fresh & warm! The staff had my order ready to go within 10 minutes of arriving! Great customer service & the food is delicious!!!!

This was the first time I had ever been to this restaurant. I was extremely impressed! The food was amazing! The service was great. I definitely plan on ordering from there again.
I always try to stop in to my FAVORITE bagel spot when I'm in the area and Einstein's never disappoint!! This visit I got my #1 favorite Apple Cinnamon Bagel with Honey Pecan Spear.... Hit the spot!!! And the other thing I really love at Einstein's is their Latte's. I normally get just a regular Latte because I'm not big on all the surgery stuff added to my coffee. It is ALWA6S fresh and perfectly blended with foamed milk.

It says drive thru, but there isn’t one just needs an update to reflect that so people are aware before heading over, but otherwise great! The Texas brisket bagel is amazing and reminds me of home!

The farmhouse and the santa fe were both delicious! Very consistent Einstein and I would absolutely recommend! Clean restaurant and restrooms. Friendly staff.
