I have only been here twice and I love it. The food is such a great pick me up and my coworkers have been excited to place their orders when someone brings up bagels. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to pick up our online orders and the staff has always been extremely polite. Would highly recommend.

I usually love this place. The bagels are delicious and fresh. I've had them cater meetings. The coffee is lovely - simple and good. I hope this is not a trend but the person who made my bagel with a shmear today gave me the thinnest shmear ever - definitely not worth the $2 surcharge. A shmear is a generous layer of cream cheese. Please do better or have some options on the menu - light, medium, load 'er up.

Great bagels and nice dining area for eating in. I had the cinnamon apple bagel with peanut butter and it was delicious! They have soy and almond milk for anyone avoiding dairy. The only sugar-free coffee syrup they had was vanilla. They did have cranberry bagels, but nothing else seasonal when I went in mid-November. The parking lot is spacious enough that if you were traveling in a small RV you could still park out there which is nice. I went between 10 and 11 am on a weekday...
