💩Failed to complete order but still changed my credit card. I placed Order # 28007938524397568 on Saturday morning for pickup at 1106 am. I arrived at store at 1110 am and doors were locked. After knocking repeatedly someone finally opened the door and told me they were just getting started, something about not having a key. I told the lady to cancel my order and refund my credit card. I left voice message twice on Saturday for manager to call me and they have not returned...read full review
I enjoy going to fazolis. Wendy Belcher is ALWAYS.. friendly to myself and my luv. She makes sure our order comes out in a timely manner and EVERYTHING is delectable and pipping hot.😌
I drove 25 minutes to get a special dinner for me and my wife since they don’t have a Fazoli’s near our hometown, only to find out that they closed the dining room at 7 vs 8 pm. Also their drive thru was closed at 7:35 pm. Thanks for nothing!!!
