HIGHLY do not recommend going here. Rude UNPROFESSIONAL people. By people i mean managers. Treated as less than others. also managers give out false hope to customers and or future employees. If you and you’re family are looking for a place to dine and or start a job i highly suggest you pick another firehouse, plenty of more to choose from anyhow.

We enjoy eating firehouse. My husband brought our sandwiches home. The receipt says no onions, extra pickles. My sandwich had onions and the extra pickle was not even an entire pickle - like the leftover at the bottom of the jar. The sauce on our sandwich was not spread throughout the sandwich.. looked like globs, and oddly we both had tomatoes on only half the sandwich ??♀️. Well eat there again, but maybe open the sandwich for QA before heading home.

This was our first time trying firehouse subs and the food was fresh and delicious! I got the engineer sandwich which was so good! The staff was very friendly and professional. We came to this location as it was in close proximity to our hotel. I’m hoping to get similar service when we return back home to Pittsburgh, PA.

First ever visit at this location and the first of any Firehouse in many years. Came here for a late lunch with my husband. I got a medium Sweet and Spicy Meatball and it was perfection! Burned my lip a bit because I couldn't wait to dig in. Ha! I definitely look forward to enjoying this again. Also - everyone was truly friendly and service was super fast.

Started out great until I ended up standing at the soda machine for 10 minutes waiting for the manager to fix it. Apparently she got wrapped up in her call and forgot about me. No apologies or anything.

Very different than it used to be. Today our order was incorrect (didn't realize until I got back to the office) & the subs were very subpar & messy. Six months ago this was a go to place, but moving on to Zeros & Jersy Mikes.
