Food was good. Liked the employees alot. I messed up my order but the cashier was patient and each of the three people on staff today helped. I believe kindness and interacting with customers in an engaging way is the most important service you can get in a restaurant. This is a quality most places are missing, but these guys have it. If I'm eating out this is the first place I would choose.

I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My sub was made fresh to order, loaded with quality ingredients, and served hot and delicious. The bread was soft, the meats were flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful.

A Lady with long black braids behind the desk taking our order was very rude and short fused with us when asking what would we like and then was nice to the person behind us in line. We over heard her later and she was complaining about the customer that was behind us as well. Meal wasn't that great either, both of ordered the same meal but I added fries and a soup to mine.
