Very clean. Tables, chairs, floors, ceiling, walls, menu - literally everything and it even smells clean. Not busy so they have a lot of time on their hands to clean. Good selections. Very fresh ingredients with great flavor. Pleasant portions. Left overs in a reusable container. Place is quiet but nobody else was there at 1pm on a Tuesday until after our dishes came out then 1 person. One outgoing order picked up during our hour visit. Food was Okay... Price on the other hand was ridiculous... Ended up paying over 30 bucks for one large chicken pho and a Iced Vietnamese Coffee...
