(food Truck) Prime 757: Craft Meat and Seafood

Went to the Back Bay Brew Pub and caught up wth the Prime757 Food Truck. We met the owner who my daughter Melissa and here friend Rachael were following on Facebook. I ordered the Shrimp and Fish Fried platter. It came with four huge butterfly shrimp, a beautifully cooked halobit filet, some delicious hush puppies and fries. That was fried food at it's finest!!!! Beautiful people working there, the owner was amazing and friendly and the fried shrimp & fish combo was the baum!!!! The best seafood I have ever had!!!!!

Really enjoyed my fish po’ boy and truffle waffle fries, they were so delicious, crispy and you could tell everything was fresh. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait for Prime 757 to return so that I can try that prime rib dip because that looked tasty as well. Definitely found a new customer 😋

Had these food truck entrees at the VA hospital in Hampton.... great experience with great food. Fish Po' Boy was good!

The crab cakes are better than most restaurants. They're made with lump crab meat and not a lot of fillers.

MY ABSOLUTE FAV FOOD TRUCK IN HAMPTON ROADS!!! The freshest food, fastest service from the nicest people! I have never had bad food from Prime 757! Every single item is prepared beautifully and fresh to order! I am especially partial to the shrimp but you can’t go wrong with anything you order! Excited for the soon to open brick and mortar restaurant!

Friday 4/04/2025 was my first time ever trying Prime757 and let me tell you it was absolutely worth it!! I mean first of all the customer service was great from the moment I walked up to the food truck. They made me feel welcomed and genuinely happy to connect with me and not just take my money. As far as the food I had the Fish & Shrimp Plate with Hushpuppies and a Strawberry and Pineapple Smoothie. My first from fresh and crispy then my shrimp were massive and cooked just right. && the hushpuppies were nice and crunchy on the outside with the fluffy inside and the smoothie I mean it was Perfect!! Thank you again for the hospitality and the great food I’ll definitely be back!!

Incredible edible. Some of the best food you’ll find in the area. Bobbi is a super nice guy and the food is unbelievably good. You won’t be disappointed.

Got the 6 spicy maple wings with garlic Parm fries. First the "spicy maple" wasn't spicy at all and had no maple flavor at all, it was like they used some weird mayo based sauce. Second the fries barely had any garlic taste.
