Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

My son just brought me Freddy’s for lunch. I have the turtle concrete (it melted of course) but it was so good. I have a cherry allergy so they substituted it for strawberry! Thanks! And the steak burger taco is a 100/10 it tastes like a better and fresher version of the Big Mac lol but not as heavy.try the spicy fry sauce on the taco thank me later!

The service was phenomenal. I asked the cashier for the best sauce to have a cheese curds and she hooked me up with caramel sauce absolutely fire let them cook. The only issue I had was the trays were sticky.

Food consistently good, serving sizes can vary depending on kitchen. Service friendly and willing to fix any issues. Music enjoyable. Our family's complaint is you never know how cold it will be in dining room. This one issue regardless of temperature outside means we will start opting for other places. Freezing dining room for a person with circulatory issues not appreciated and makes me think that freezing us is trade off for kitchen. Steak and shake used to do this and they went out of business. If you work in kitchen perhaps a minute in the freezer will cool you. Personally this issue shouldn't be an issue. On the plus side the new salads are really good, thank you for healthier version. Correct the dining room temperature all the time a I would give you 5 stars. We've been coming since you opened. Maybe thermostat needs to be locked down to assure consistent temperature. 76 degrees outside and nice breeze,inside it only got colder, arctic temperatures brrrrrrrr

We love Freddys! Its one of the more consistent fast food chains we go to. Employees are always friendly and helpful! Its usually clean and the food is always delicious! We keep it in rotation when we are looking for an eat our spot!

I stopped at 10:30 pm on Saturday, that's 30 minutes before closing. Food was very fresh and tasted great. Love this place.

Food was great as I already knew it would be. Went during church let out time so crowded, but the staff handled it like clockwork. My only complaint is the tables were not cleaned off but I think it was due to the high traffic times.

Whoever was putting orders out and running fry area today at noon was hustling and getting his job (and seems like the job of some around him) done with a great attitude and quickly.
Someone put my in house order at the drive through window where it sat until cold. I had them remake the meal. The drive through person and the guy putting out meals both apologized for what was clearly not their faults. Whoever put the bag there (I have a solid idea who) just rolled eyes retouching food as if I was not aware of what hot and cold food felt like.

Best fat food you can get! The burgers are so good and the service is old school hospitality.
