So I've come to Freddy's now about a dozen times....first couple of time's were pretty good, and few other times eh not so much... burgers were to salty at one point... barely any mustard on another visit. Cold fries another time, no real consistency.
However last night on Oct. 21st around 8:30 last night was the absolute perfect visit. My steak burger with Xtra mustard and no cheese was perfectly seasoned and pippin hot! French fries must have came directly from the fryer and straight into my bag. They were cooked and salted perfectly!! Ooooh how I wish that every visit was like the one last night I would most certainly frequent it a lot more often. Whoever was manning the grill and fry station last night should teach the other employees on how it should be done. ?? Fantastic job by night crew last night!! ??????????

They didn't have the pumpkin concrete...but I was able to make a banana one. That was great. I appreciate the young lady walking me through other options since I had driven out of my way to go to that location. :)

I visited this place last Saturday Oct 12th 2024. The burger was ok could have been better, but the French fries wasn't hot at all. The fries was too hard on the outside. The place was clean and neat. This was my first time dining here.
The food was delicious. The fries and burgers were very good. Was told to try the onion rings next time. Will go back.

One hamburger looks like i /16 i swear to god. Dont wast your money 8 dollars for one silver of meat. Lol wjat a joke. Iam sick of it.

While the cashier's demeanor left something to be desired, the food prep staff were notably accommodating when I inquired about the condiments. These were positioned in a rather odd manner: though easily accessible to customers, their placement relative to the counter created uncertainty about whether they were complimentary or required a request. Upon asking, the staff graciously provided the condiments at no cost. However, I believe a simple rearrangement of the dispensary could alleviate such confusion and make the experience more seamless for future customers.

the manager was extremely helpful when we put a to go order in and when we went to pick it up a few of the items were missing. the manager asked how he could help and he not only went to get the missing items but he also gave us a free pint of custard
