Recommend not placing a mobile order for chicken! You won’t find out the wait until you get there. In our case, after we placed a mobile order and went to the location it took about a hour for the chicken to be prepared. And there is no easy way to cancel the mobile order. But the staff was friendly and gave us extra food for waiting :)

I visited this location on yesterday when.there system was done. Let me tell you about the Young Lady with the short blonde hair. Not only was she kind. She was professional and very patient as I express my disappointment of the matter and I was starving!! She was the best fast food worker I've encountered in years!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A STRESS SITUATION!!! Five stars are well deserving!

Hardee's on Bainbridge Blvd. Just walked in and went directly to the restroom. CLEAN! Walked out to the register and two delightful workers greeted me smiling. This is a stop over for food in route home to Elizabeth City, NC. My family do not care for their service in NC so I always come to your drive-thru when time permits. The staff should be awarded for giving high quality service and keeping the facility spotless! My picture shows how happy they made me.

I've lived in this neighborhood my whole entire life literally it never ceases to amaze me how terrible this Hardee's is I ordered two apple pies and it literally took 10 minutes in the whole shelf was literally full of apple pies. Update. April 19th 2025 just left there about 15 minutes ago said they have no more breakfast food They sold everything out they sold all their breakfast food they have no more biscuits no more eggs no more bacon no more nothing every single breakfast thing is now sold out apparently. I don't understand why this Hardee's gets to keep doing what they're doing and no one does anything about it

The staff was friendly and quick to take my order, and the service was impressively fast. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy my meal. I can’t believe I paid $10 for a 3 piece chicken TENDER combo and received chicken NUGGETS why would call give me the 3 smallest pieces of chicken yall have.. so disappointed.. called and nobody picked up.. :/
