Classic restaurant!!! Classic dinner food!!! The owner works on site, which is fantastic!!! VERY CLEAN!!! The food is spot on!!! The don't miss a beat!!! The other customers in the diner always have great conversations going... The atmosphere is very homely!!! The French toast, home fries, grits, eggs(I don't eat eggs so this is a family opinion)... Try anything, you'll love everything!!!!

Very disappointed. Use to eat @ Poppys twice weekly while working at shipyard. Moved to Fla two years ago. Back for short visit craving a great Poppy dog. Ordered two hotdogs all the way. . received a little swipe of mustard 4 bits of onion and a scarse bit of chilli.
