Heads up that this place does not allow you to pick up mobile orders in the drive thru. They make you go inside for pick ups. Super weird when any other restaurant chain allows you to. KFC doesn’t have the market dominance to try to pull things like this. There is nothing special about KFC that would make me want to give up convenience up of drive thru pick ups. I’ll just very easily continue going to Popeyes.
