Wasn’t in a hurry for dinner before work went to KFC the chicken didn’t seem to be Fresh. It seemed to me that they gave me chicken that had been sitting there for a little while because it definitely wasn’t fresh.

Ran in to get the KFC family dinner.The chicken still good, but their sides are getting worse. Corn looks like they just dumped a can in the pot... no seasonings. Mashed potatoes must be instant, but again, there are no seasonings. Gravy from a can.In the future, we will probably just get chicken and do our own sides.

Came in to get some tenders and a lil meal and the girl at the register with the dreads didn’t greet me nor ask me what I wanted. I had to tell her. Then throw my money at me like I was worrying her cuz I was hungry. Service was just horrible. The manger talking about her back hurt and not even checking these folks on the customer service it’s wild

Why is this restaurant still open? They hardly ever get orders correct. Usually most of time they've overcooked the food to the point of being inedible. Obviously they hire the lowest educated people.

Food was terrible, my chicken sandwich was harder than a rock. And the lady who was taking our order in drive thru was very rude and impatient!
This KFC is always dark an isolated. The drive in was close had to come in. Don't usually come to KFC usually travel to the one in Great Bridge.

This is easily to worst than KFC/Taco Bell in the area. Every other time I come here they are out of something or have a delayed opening for whatever reason. Several instances of nasty customer service. I ask for no ice and I'm handed a cup with ice in it. If I say something I get attitude like I messed my own order up. SMH

They are so slow and backed up people are crowding the counter now. Service was pretty poor. 09/29/2023 at 6pm. Manager is doing her best but the employees are just strutting around at half speed. Kid at the front is just taking orders and disappear without helping.

Just because this location was closest, my mother chose to come here. If I had known it was this location I would have steered her in another's location where we never have issues. In the past we had poor service and lack of quality when we ordered on the Taco Bell side. This time, through my mother's trusting nature, she chose the KFC side for our overly priced dinner. I don't typically like giving bad reviews unless I deem it necessary. For the amount of money that was paid to this establishment we should have been given better food. What we got for a "variety" of chicken was one drumstick, no thighs, decent breasts and wings as well as dry corn that turned brown. I'm sure the Colonel would have been proud of the service ?.

I brought a 8 peice chicken yesterday 9/4/2023. The service was fast it was hot and fresh but it definitely wasn’t KFC chicken. It taste like I fried it at home. No KFC taste my children was mad. I guess I won’t be going to this KFC no more.
