We tried to use the drive-thru that didn't work the person that was there in front of us said he'd been sitting there for 20 minutes and nobody bothered to answer anything we didn't even know if they were open or not and then when we got in there when I got in there the girl was too worried about her phone to take anybody's order

This location has really gone downhill depending on which manager is working. Some employees clearly don't want to work there and make you feel like you are disturbing them when you order. Attitudes run rampant. There's no point in doing a mobile order. You'll still wait 30 minutes to get it. The food is always good. Don't go here unless you have to.

I visited this location on yesterday when.there system was done. Let me tell you about the Young Lady with the short blonde hair. Not only was she kind. She was professional and very patient as I express my disappointment of the matter and I was starving!! She was the best fast food worker I've encountered in years!!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A STRESS SITUATION!!! Five stars are well deserving!
