I picked up a delivery this morning and after receiving the order I asked a young man if I could get a packet of ketchup when he had a chance. He didn’t reply so I thought he didn’t hear me and I repeated the question. Without turning around he replied “in a minute ma’am. I’m in the middle of doing something.” He spoke with irritation in his voice. I apologized and said I didn’t think he heard me the first time. He didn’t respond. Worst Hardee's I've ever been to! It is closest to my house, so I foolishly go again.....thinking maybe something has changed since my last visit months ago. NOPE! Customer service is terrible, prices aren't consistent with the Hardee's 2 miles away on Yadkin Road, (I called several Hardee's to check pricing after being charged $2.98 for an 11 ounce bottle of orange juice) and the food has obviously been under a heat lamp for hours. Never again.
