ALWAYS takes forever. Customer service is mid.
went through the drive thru and they gave us ranch that looked like it had been opened 😔 went inside to get more and stood at the counter for like 5 minutes and no one came to help me even though i know they saw me
Usually it’s fine then eventually they started not adding the extra stuff I paid for and today I come through the drive through and ever other car that came after me gets served before me because whoever is on the microphone spoke to the first line and not me then when I pull around to get in the first line miraculously the second line starts ordering their food when she just didn’t even speak to me
