Absolutely terrible customer service. I was asked to park to wait for my order. 20 minutes later I still wasn’t brought my order. I called to inquire about my order & no one answers the phone. So I had to wait in the drive thru line again. No apology or any bit of friendliness from anyone.

McDonald's is the same as every other time. I mean the Menu doesn't change much and if u don't know what u want when u get in the drive thru line then u must live In a cave because the menu hasn't changed in over 25 years so what's so hard about ordering a burger and fries? You would be surprised

Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes nobody said anything , husband drove to window just to see if they were open , lady came to window said “you was at speaker ? I was trying to tell you we busy and to wait” again , nobody said anything at the speaker . Told us to drive around and she would take our order . Sat for another 5 minutes. Just decided to leave . If I could give 0 stars , I would .

There was hair on my mcdouble black curly hair i’m disgusted im pregnant and i’ve been throwing up the i took a bite of the burger and seen the hair. this mcdonald’s clearly doesn’t take sanitary precautions to satisfy their customers i wasn’t able to get a refund because i ordered through doordash and they declined my refund.

There is a young man in the morning who makes my coffee everyday. He does such an amazing job but not only is what he’s making good but his hospitality is amazing. He’s always in such a good mood at 6:30 in the morning. He really brightens my day and definitely deserves a raise or some kind of incentive. Today he even remembered my name when handing me my coffee.?

I live just around the corner from this place. During the day, I will probably get some good food. At night, it's a gamble. Most the time I'd much rather go a few minutes up the road. Here, I hardly ever get my sauce at night. The same chicken patty I order every time is usually missing sauce or undercooked. I will, however, usually be able to order a frappe in the wee hours without them saying their machine is down. My food was Great tonight, 1/5 but no sauce.
