Inaka Sushi and Hibachi Chesapeake

For those looking for restaurants/customer facing hibachi - this is NOT it. They have 3 Hibachi options on their regular menu, but cooked in the back.
Shumai, Gyoza, and sushi rolls we had were good.
Service was prompt and good.

Food was very disappointing. Sushi rolls very small and bland and not pleasing to the eye like other sushi places. Service was good but that’s about it. Will not return.

I really dont know how they have a 4.8 rating. Its definitely not because of the Hibachi. I got the chicken and steak. The rice was practically white for some reason and the chicken and steak had no flavor. The yum yum sauce was watery. The service was great food not so much especially for $30 dollars.

The service was nice and the food was good, except shrimp tempura, that was soggy,but the portions were small. Even the amount of rice. Like who skimps on rice at a sushi place. It's the cheapest ingredient. Spent 90 dollars for two people and left hungry.

This place is phenomenal. Small amount of seating which makes it feel like a hole in the wall kind of spot. We also order takeout often with special requests on the order. the owners always make a point to give us what we want, and if they aren't sure, they will ask. Phenomenal people and food!

I liked this sushi place, but their salad dressing had too much of an orange peel zest that did not taste very good. The bento box was filling but on the pricier side. I would go back because the service was phenomenal. Very kind and wonderful staff. Tempura vegetables were very good

Best and most fresh sushi in the area. Delicious rolls without fillers, just fresh ingredients. Inaka is my family’s favorite sushi restaurant.

The wait staff is super friendly! Great place to dine in or take out.
