Was new to area and stumble among Kellys and was instantly a fan with a great happy hour and $1 wings during football! Always sit at the bar and Gabby is always on her A game and has exceptional and pristine service every time im in great place
We probably go to kelly’s more often than we should, but who could go wrong with a local’s spot with the best happy hour and football specials there are? But that’s completely beside the reason we truly come.

This is my favorite tavern when in Chesapeake/Norfolk area The service and bartender, Gabby, is exceptional. Gabby is extremely attentive and constantly makes sure everyone is happy. Her disposition and character makes it a warm and friendly atmosphere. Keep the great work Gabby!
