Employee was not customer friendly. I ordered to go, the 6 piece special around 4:00 pm.The chicken pieces were very dry and looked to be several hours since cooked. The 4 sides, containers were not full, more like 50-60% full. We were not very happy with this meal.

First it took like 10 minutes before someone came to the counter me being the only customer at the counter other than a lady waiting on her chicken. I order from the Taco Bell menu and get a number 9 Mexican pizza and 2 taco supremes and large drink with extra beef on the pizza extra beef in a cup on the side. I get my food sit down and start by eating the 2 tacos everything good. I now dump the cup of meat on my Mexican pizza and take a coupla bites when I look down and see something I don't know what but I spoon it off my pizza and it's a hair all wound up in the beef and I was done the service sucked initially then I order and get my food and find hair in my meat on my pizza. That's so sad they weren't that busy so I should not have had to wait so long to be acknowledged and no one should expect hair in their food how gross is that so I love KFC/TACO BELL but that's not an experience I want to go thru and I'm not gonna go to this location no time soon that was disgusting.

Was picking up a delivery and the store was empty. Greeted person at the counter and told them i had an order. The "gentleman" at the counter told me he'd go make it. Generally delivery drivers aren't paid enough to stand around waiting for food that isn't ready so I asked "how long will it be?". He immediately copped an attitude and told me "I don't KNOW i have to make it. "I said verbatim: "5 minutes? 10 minutes?" because i don't get paid to stand around. He told me "you can lose the attitude or i won't serve you at all". I said something vulgar back and left as he was still trying to talk to me. Didn't catch his name but he was a short, overweight guy with tattoo sleeves and ear gauges and dangling earrings. Literally started a problem with me for no reason, I've never once had an altercation with a restaurant employee and i would've been patient or just left if he told me it would take a while. Refused to serve me once they opened because they only have 2 employees and they were not ready to start cooking. I asked if they opened @10:30 the man at the window replied, “Yeah. But we don’t know when we gone open for real”. I asked if I could wait, he said “no, he doesn’t know when they will start cooking”. When I pulled up employees were sitting outside in their cars smoking, laughing and joking @10:27AM. Very rude & unprofessional. I will never use this location again. Could use better management

We went thru the drive thru at the S Battlefield Blvd location in Chesapeake VA on Sunday, 21st of January 2024 at about 1:00pm. While paying for food we were told that our debit card did not go through on their side so they needed to swipe our debit card again. We didn't ask any questions and we left after getting our food. After getting home and checking our bank statement KFC processed that same payment twice. My husband went back to the restaurant to fix the issue and was told that one of the charges would go away once the payment processed through our bank. On Tuesday we were checking our bank statement again and both transactions were paid. I called the restaurant and informed them that they needed to refund us one of those payments, they remembered speaking to me on the previous Sunday and I was transferred to the manager. The manager (Banning) was very rude and told me that they was not giving me a refund and that it was my bank's fault. I told him that I would never come back to their restaurant and that I was going to leave a review about the situation and he told me ", you do what you have to do lady "Everyone be aware before you hand somebody your card because this just is not right and is not good not good business or customer service. Watch you bank accounts!!!!

I went in to get a bucket of original thighs. What came back was that old man who was rude and aggressive, saying that I could not have what I wanted, but he would give me what he wanted to give me. Very poor customer service, and he definitely should not be in a leadership position. I was not asking for anything crazy. I will never go back to this place.

I ordered an 8 piece dark meat and only got 7 pieces. Do better!!!?UPDATE: manager was a sweetheart but one of the ladies with dreads was rude. And apparently they have a cut off time for the hot n spicy wings. Go to other kfc locations.Now I have to get a refund for being charged for wings that they didn’t wanna cook.

Not what they use to be like. It's ok and nothing glaring negative. Very expensive is about all. Biscuits are hard hockey pucks. It's KFC and most of us know what your getting or not.

On more than a few times ordering here on Battlefield blvd next to the Great Bridge, this is by far the worst KFC I've been to.The food is always overcooked,Not fresh and just terrible.The drive thru is always slow to get thru...the employees that take my orders are ok, I suggest that management does not take the time to dee how these products are leading the establishment.I've made my last trip there....
