Its 12:25pm on a Saturday and the lobby doors are locked. So when i place a mobile order I expect to have full white glove customer service especially at the beginning of business hours. So when i pull to the drive thru and nobody acknowledges that the lobby is locked, strike 2. So my food better be hot and perfectly correct. Then using and understaffed excuse is PISS POOR. Close the building retrain EVERYBODY including the owner who pays mess than a livable wage !
AVOID AT ALL COST. 45 min in the drive threw. Lobby was closed and locked. Why is this location even open it has nearly the lowest rating in the ENTIRETY OF HAMPTON ROADS. I blame myself for going.
The kernel is an American 250 yr residence as the many ways of serving Patriots & nationals the chicken ,iv like to keep them around by rating the kfc 5 stars🐔
