I thought the point of mobile ordering was to make things faster and easier. It did none of those things for me. They took the order of the car beside me that pulled up after me before acknowledging my car, then handed me my order with no hashbrowns in it when I ordered 2 meals. I also had no napkins, silverware or syrup for the pancakes. I park and go inside, to then wait until every car in the drive through was serviced before receiving my two hashbrowns, which gave me time...

Big mac has tremendously shrunk, it's now the size of a junior burger with an increased price, & salty, too. Not worth the money.
I wished it's competitive with Burger king whopper that's a lot bigger, & has the same price.

I don’t know how else to thank the crew that was on shift today. My order was messed up due to a technical glitch. When I realized it was taking a while I went to the counter and they were kind and professional and got me my order right away. Great experience!
