Went with my family and the food was delicious but while we were waiting for our order, a man i can only assume is the manager (tall, black, beard) was being extremely extremely rude and unprofessional to the people in the kitchen. I was a manager at Arby's for 7 years and i would never imagine treating staff like that...
We got the meat platter with sausage,brisket, pork BBQ. Sides was Mac n cheese and slaw.
The sausage was dry, maybe it's supposed to be that way. I thought the brisket was so.ewhat as well. The pork BBQ was good with the NC Vinegar sauce. I thought the sides tasted good but small for the price. The Texas style sauce was my favorite.

I've had lots of brisket. Less than a Texan, but more than most. What's uncommon is getting some and it being fall apart tender and moist. Usually it's dense and firm. Oh no. They got a mission here. The bark was tangy and salty. Some places just smoke it.
It's easily the best I've had in years. Decades even. I know some of that is personal preference for the seasonings, but you can't deny the juicy tenderness.
