If I were to rate noodle man a year or so ago it would be 5/5, but with the changes of quality of ingredients and the prices rising I can no longer say that. I used to love the vegetable soup but they have slowly replace all the ingredients. It used to have broccolini and now its broccoli; shiitake mushrooms now they are portobello. But now the quality has also tanked, the cabbage is all white core, I got maybe 2 pieces of bok choy, and the vegetables were tough. I asked the staff...
Food was always good in the past but I recently revisited here and noticed that they expanded (wow) and were very busy (service was very slow) but food was not what it was before. Noodle tasted very different (like almost sticky) and the tomato brisket soup was too sweet. Something was not right. Disappointed :(
I always love dining at NM! Seeing the noddles being made enhances the atmosphere and adds a fun element to the restaurant. As far as the food, it’s fresh, full of flavor, and cooked to perfection! The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
