They took my online order, didn’t deliver it and refuse to refund me. They can quickly take your money, but forget a refund. Thieves!
Cake is fine but they actually sell a pretty good knockoff at Walmart. I do want to say to I am 100 % convinced that whoever was responsible for Saturday, May 13 has no children and recently lost their mother, and they want to punish anyone who actually has someone to celebrate with. There is no reason that you should have to wait over two hours in line to pick up a prepaid cake with an appointment time.
This Chesapeake location is horrible. They never have anything ready. They say you have to pre-order everything in advance. Otherwise it’s a 45 minute wait but there’s no sign telling any customer that when you come in it’s so annoying.
