Is this the best Italian food? No. Is the worst? Not even close. For some thing for everyone on the family, even if you have small humans with picky tastes.

It's Olive Garden. Hadn't been to one in years. Celebrated a friend's birthday there. Food was pretty good; good portions. The waitress was super friendly, patient, timely, and on-point!

Our waitress Latifa was attentive, prompt, and delightful. (10/5)
The food quality has declined since I was here a year ago. (1/5)
Atmosphere was terrible only because you had a bunch of customers in pajamas, sneezing, coughing, and blowing their noses. (2/5)
The ambience here used to be classy. What happened!? Get a customer dress code for your establishment.

Overall, this Olive Garden has good customer service, the food always comes out very tasty, and the cleanliness and atmosphere is very good. It could be much better if their waiters served a little faster and at least brought drinks quickly while waiting for appetizers or soups. Thanks!

Very disappointing. The food and the service were both not what we expected. We went to OG for a quick lunch of Soup and salad today. We had a ten-minute wait for a table at 11:40. Once seated we waited a several more minutes for our server to stop by. She took our drink and food order at the same time. After another wait a food runner stopped by with the salad and bread sticks. The salad was pretty lame. (2 thin slices of tomatoes, a couple of pieces of red onion, 2 peppers and some lettuce). We each had one small serving. We waited another 25 minutes for our two bowels of soup. We flagged down one of the other servers and asked for our server or just bring our soup. Our server showed up with 2 bowls of soup, only one that we ordered and a mistake. She offered to fix the mistake, I said I am running late for an appointment. I will just take the wrong soup. Both soups were luke warm. She did return with the correct soup a couple of minutes later and the 2 iced tea refills we asked for.
From the time we entered the restaurant until the time we left over an hour for a meal of pre-made soup and salad.
In her defense she also had a 12-14 person party she was serving. Not sure why the manager thought this was a good idea.
And to top it off the cost was almost $30.00!! #.49 for a glass of iced tea!!

I am SOOOO disappointed in this place.. Not the workers, but the corporate officials who doesn't seem to think that after 30yrs of service, in the same location, making profitable revenue, that a simple renovation or revamping wouldn't be needed.. The seating is the same dirty faded peeling fabric, the carpet looks as if it is the same that was laid for the grand opening 30yrs ago, the smell of the place is worse than the cheese used to make the dishes.. It's dark and gloomy, and I don't mean by candlelight, yet the dishes are prices at around $16-$22 per person.. Not a bad range if the place was nice.. AND THEN, they don't have a salad bar.. The unlimited soup and salad is a house salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and cheese.. Like what.. Anyway, I can see why ppl don't take pride in what comes from the kitchen if the actual cooperation doesn't care about the overall aesthetic of this place.. We didn't even eat the food.. We paid and left, plates untouched.. It wasn't even worth asking for a comp from management bcuz it's not really a management thing.. Did I mention how awful the place smelled when seated.. We took the lost and went to Bubba's.. Which by the way, Bubba's lasagna was excellent and the atmosphere was nice.. Can't compare cleanliness fairly as they've not opened long ago..

I am really disappointed in how Olive Garden has turned out over the years. I still love the soups and salad š„, but it's going down. My family and I went for dinner and when they sit you down, the hostess gives you the menu and silverware, well there were no clean silverware. The hostess asked the clean up guy and he asked the manager if they could atleast give us and others the plastic ware, she said there was nothing clean available. They were so upset. Our waiter was apologizing the whole night for the inconsistencies. Yes, we eventually got silverware, but our food was cold. Everybody was complaining and frustrated for this backup. We sat near an older couple that had been waiting for atleast an hour on their food. Come on now Olive Garden let's get it together. I will most likely order out, because that experience was unacceptable.

Place has gone down it been here over twenty years and I have to say the food is bad everything I had on my tour of Italy was way too salty,I like seasoned food but this was the worst ,waiter got order wrong and didn't even offer shredded cheese "can't call it olive garden without the asking for how mutch cheese '' I don't know if it's new management or what. I knew Christmas was coming up Soo I didn't complain I wouldn't want someone fired closed to Christmas

Walked into this OG last night with my wife, daughter, son-in-law, and our 7-month-old grandson in arms. The hostess took my name (John party of 4) and told us that it would be a 10-to-15-minute wait. Approximately 20 minutes later, after all the people ahead of us had been seated and several additional parties had arrived, the hostess turns around to the group of people waiting and says, "John party of 4!" We stood up, and another group of 4 who had just arrived stood up. The hostess looked very confused, and then said, "well who was the last to arrive?" I said, "we were the 'first' to arrive, and we have been waiting now for over 30 minutes." The other group said, "we were the last to arrive," but they looked confused as well. The hostess and two other young women absolutely could not handle the predicament, started loudly complaining to each other in front of all of us, then proceeded to lead the group that had just arrived to a table for 4, appearing very confused as they did so. I then asked as they were passing by, if she meant to seat our John party of 4, since we were the "first" to arrive and had been waiting much longer than the other John party of 4. The hostess and the other two young women turned away and led the other group to their seats. It's almost as if they knew that they had made a mistake, but they continued to push forward ... arguing with each other along the way. The other John party of 4 was as puzzled as we were. After the other party had been seated, I approached the hostess and asked why their John party of 4 was seated before us. She looked extremely confused and did not have an answer. The group of young ladies then started blaming each other and loudly talking back to each other in front of the multiple groups of people waiting to be seated. Still waiting now for over 30 minutes, with baby in arms, I asked to speak with the manager. The manager came out, listened to my story, never truly looked into my eyes, never once apologized, then said "well let me walk around and see what's going on." I just shook my head. It was obvious at that point that this was a manager and lack of training issue that was not going to be resolved. We waited another 10 minutes to see what the manager would do, and she never returned. We then left and drove to the Red Lobster next door for dinner. However, after we exited OG, I turned around, went back inside, and grabbed 4 business cards from the hostess desk, so that I could spend time accurately describing our experience. The three young ladies watched from the hostess stand as I grabbed the business cards. And after I turned away, my daughter who was watching from outside the door, told me that they shook their heads and laughed. Absolutely ridiculous. Names on the business cards for this OG were: Peaches Brown (Manager), Trey Perdue (Manager), Christine A. Hardy (General Manager), and R. C. Copen (Manager).
Waited close to an hour just for shrimp scampi and chicken Alfredo. Was told the wait was due to āthe shrimp taking longer to cookā, waitress did her job fine. When we did get our food the Alfredo was to the point that the alfredo sauce had started to clump together due to the fact it was room temp and the āchickenā seemed like something you would get out of a frozen food lion bag of chicken. If they were busy Iād be a little more understanding but the fact that a restaurant at 2:00 with little to no guests in it had to wait close to an hour for 2 meals and not to mention 2 tables that sat after us with larger group had their meals before us didnāt help the fact. All in all if im craving Italian best believe I wont be eating Olive Garden.
