very overpriced and cold brew tastes sour, paid $12 for a latte with oat milk and sweetener. They only have a couple tables near outlets.
Great coffee, location, and service.

Incredible customer service. I had an issue with my shipping address (my fault) and they handled it swifty. I am impressed!
I really appreciate everything about this place. Great local business representing our community.
Local produced coffee with a wide variety of flavor options. I’m a cream & sugar guy and my Wife is a super-extra-barely still coffee-latte chic and we both enjoy our selections.
I’d love to get some better food offerings but I have grabbed a burrito when really hungry. I understand the food is brought it by outside vendors, so it’s tough to judge PHC on that “menu”.
It does get busy, so plan on a short wait in line. I enjoy reading all the coffee varieties and browsing the swag while waiting.
Bravo Zulu and keep it up. Y’all are great.

Disappointed that I waited for 5-10 minutes for a coffee refill. I know the 2 servers were busy, but they could’ve taken a break to refill my coffee. They looked at me multiple times but chose to ignored me.

We stopped into grab drinks before heading over to The Untamed Chef for a cooking class. The space is so cool and we came in just 30 minutes before they closed but it was still a bustling space. My husband got the special coffee the Patriot and said it was very good. I love chia tea lattes but there are few places that get them right. I like them to be rich and this me was spot on. I liked it so much that I may call to see if they will share how they make theirs as my husband and I live in Texas. We enjoyed the drink and atmosphere and would certainly recommend this business!

New to town, heard the rave reviews and decided to check it out.
The baristas working this morning were incredibly rude. When we ordered food they expected us to know it was self services. When we asked they were incredibly short.
They told us to sit down and would call our orders out. Neither of them could project loud enough to be heard from 15 ft away over the music or other conversations.
Then they got my order wrong. Paid for a large, the served a small.
Neither of these make this veteran owned business feel welcoming to active duty/veterans. We are a transient community- be welcoming and explain how this works unless you know we are regulars. Most of us have hearing loss. Figure out how to let us know our food is ready.

Quite a drive to this location but worth it. Large space with plenty of interesting things to note: plenty of seating, huge collection of merchandise, even a tortilla (?) machine being set up?!
Friendly staff patient enough to wait for my decision as to what to order. Didn’t get any of the pastries this time but enough reason to come back.
