Drive thru absolutely sucks. Waited 30 minutes for food and even pulled around to wait. Went inside to check on it and was told they forgot about our order. Fried rice was cold, bland and undercooked. Missed all of our side dishes and even an entire protein from a plate meal. Waste of money and time. Was a $50 joke, probably would’ve had better luck at a local Chinese place instead. Don’t waste your time or money on any of it.

The thing about the food industry is that it’s serviced by humans and humans are not perfect and sometimes things don’t go right. When my order had something missing the manager, Noy was very nice and accommodating when I went to pick up the missing part. It is great customer service like this that will keep me coming back. Please don’t hesitate to make your next lunch or dinner stop at this panda express. I promise you the service is top-notch!
Definitely hit this place up! Get some orange chicken and an apple pie egg roll. Be sure to round up and donate some change to CHKD.

We’ve never had issues with our food here. It tastes good, and I usually order through the app. However, I was really disappointed when we arrived for lunch and were told they had just opened and wouldn’t have food ready for about 30 minutes. There should be prep time built in to the schedule before opening.

Just came thru drive thru and got a plate asked for noodles and I get cabbage like if I wanted cabbage I would of asked for it but I asked for noodles then call up there three times and got no answer smh
