The thing about the food industry is that it’s serviced by humans and humans are not perfect and sometimes things don’t go right. When my order had something missing the manager, Noy was very nice and accommodating when I went to pick up the missing part. It is great customer service like this that will keep me coming back. Please don’t hesitate to make your next lunch or dinner stop at this panda express. I promise you the service is top-notch!

We’ve never had issues with our food here. It tastes good, and I usually order through the app. However, I was really disappointed when we arrived for lunch and were told they had just opened and wouldn’t have food ready for about 30 minutes. There should be prep time built in to the schedule before opening.

Just came thru drive thru and got a plate asked for noodles and I get cabbage like if I wanted cabbage I would of asked for it but I asked for noodles then call up there three times and got no answer smh

Came here to enjoy a little dinner with a friend. The food was cold, trash over flowing, restroom was nasty. Workers standing around doing nothing. Didn't have much food to choose from.
This specific location always finds a way to mess up our order. It never fails. Do not leave the drive thru until you've checked your order for accuracy. Food is usually great, just depends if we get to have a warm meal or cold meal.

Friend went into anaphylactic shock after biting into their chicken that apparently had nuts. Please make sure to communicate what’s in the stuff you’re serving. He’s fine with minor contamination but he had to have eaten several to get that bad. Luckily, he’s still alive.

The food was raw. The staff overcharged me for my meal then did not know how to correct it. I was on my lunch break and couldn't put up with the inconvenience so I played 20 bucks for a plate.
