After Austin basically called me a liar and said they don’t deliver. I drove to the location and showed my order history that proved him wrong. After telling him I was reporting him to corporate he have me the wrong number! All of this after Austin decided he was not going to issue me my full credit that was on my account! The staff is completely rude and untruthful.

Jason tried to make me feel stupid about ordering wings. We asked for Honey BBQ and were told they only had chipotle BBQ. Said never mind we will just do Mild. Showed up with BBQ. When I called he said that’s what we ordered because they don’t have plain mild...... well we asked for mild.... should have said then. No worries. You tried to make me look dumb but jokes on y’all! No more papa johns for us! Customer service is key! All you had to do was explain it when we ordered!�
