TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1148 Volvo Pkwy Chesapeake, VA

Yesterday, I placed my online order at 5:40pm for pick up at 8pm. My wife and I arrive a few mins early and was asked for the name of order. This happened for the next 20 mins in which the cashier kept asking for our name but could never locate our order.

Sent guests home hungry. Placed an online order for a future delivery on Halloween for a neighborhood gathering. 20 minutes past the scheduled delivery, we contacted the store and were told the pizzas were out for delivery. 45 minutes past the SCHEDULED DELIVER, no pizzas and no apologies — just lies.
