Ordered pizza with NO onions. So they delivered with EXTRA ONIONS.. Then I’m told I have to drive in with the pizza. To exchange for a new correct cause they messed my order up...
AND I get a call back from the manager Sarah stating now they are out of mushrooms to put on the original pizza I ordered.
WORST Pizza Hut by far! Guess I’m switching to Dominos!
This location is absolutely horrible! My family and I love pizza hut but due to horrible customer service and timing, we have switch to another pizza company. We have given them multiple chances, but it always fails. I understand places being busy and taking an hour or so to deliver. But when it's been almost 2 or more hours, that's ridiculous! Especially when it is the store giving us the delivery time! Then when you try to call the store, no one will answer! It ends up going...read full review
