I pre-ordered and paid for pizza for my sons birthday party on the app and put for it to be delivered at 5:30. The delivery man shows up at 5:30 and is missing some of our pizzas. He said he was going back to the store to get them- AND HE NEVER CAME BACK! We tried to call after it had been about 45 minutes and no one answered. We found a number for your corporate call center and they told us the estimated delivery time for our area was 1 hour and 50 minutes or we could go...read full review
Burnt pizza, very little sauce, and it was cold. While the last of my order was in the oven, they left all three of my other pizzas on the counter instead of in the warmer. The employee could not tell the difference between sausage and pork. When I called to complain I was put on hold by the night manager. I spent almost $40 on burnt cold junk, but they wanted to know if I would like to come back and have them remake my food. Or they could give me $25.00 credit for next time....read full review
