Food is always hot and ready on time. They offer plates and when available. I don't have any complaints here and we order probably 2 to 3 times a month from here.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! We ordered through the app, estimated delivery time was an hr and half, our order sat unmade till the time it was supposed to be delivered by. So we called to ask the status, lady who took our call didnt even let my fiancé state what the issue was before convincing herself that we were trying to make an order and then promptly hung up on her. So she called back and cancelled the order and waiting for the GM to refund the order. This store has sucked for years at this point. Only once in the past 3 years have they gotten the order right, god forbid you order extra sauces. Pizza hut should shut down this location. Got a recording of their crappy attitude if management even cares.

Excellent service, orders are always quick and easy to pick up and go. Always hot and fresh, well made pizzas and they dont skimp on toppings and we always get the cookie pizza which is outstanding and kids LOVE it. Not every Pizza Hut location is the same but this location goes above and beyond which shows good management, staff and policies.

I will never order here again! I did online order at 10pm ish they took the order uber send driver and they said they gave the order to someone else this is stupid excuse liers! Then until 12ubereat send 3more drivers they closed the place arround 11pm even they suppose to be open until 12am… stop wasting peoples time if u can’t do it just don’t take the order.

Zero stars won't let me post. After waiting 45 minutes, I called to check on my delivery. Since I phoned in the order due to special request, the order was put in as pick up. There were other mistakes made. They said they would re-make & get it delivered. Another 45 minutes passes. We call & the call goes to a call center, not Taylor Rd. They had the order as being completed in their system. Spoke to manager at the call center & told us he sent an email to the manager to refund our money & it will take 2 to 3 days. Will never, ever order from them again.

Food quality was so disappointing. Definitely not the old hut I remember. Tasted old..was cold...rubbery and cheap. Please bring the old hut flavor and experience back.

I’ve been to this location a few times lately and visibly you can see they can be short staffed sometimes but the workers do the best they can especially during the weekends rushes. Things happen and get messed up but please remember to be nice to the workers and try to be patient.
This place needs help. I guess they don't pay their employees enough because they're constantly short-staffed. I ordered a pizza 4 hours early and it was still 30 minutes late. I like Pizza Hut, and this is the closest pizza place to my house, but it's getting to the point where it isn't worth it.

I LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE!!!!! IT IS AMAZING!!!!!! I love the pictures on the wall. it brings me joy. but the reason it is 1 star is it’s horrendous time management and customer service. i ordered pizza for my child, and it was supposed to be ready at 6:30. it is now 6:50 as im righting this review AND I STILL HAVENT GOT MY PIZZZZA!!!!! i’m trying to reach 400lb but this poor service is making it hard. the food is poopy and last time there was a blonde hair in my food. keep in mind i’m black.

We were out of town with 3 adults and 5 teenagers. The lady that took our order was so nice and helpful. We kept making adjustments, we apologized, and she was great. She said she had teenagers and we laughed. The food was ready and hot when we picked it up. We will be back.

The young man at the front...nice. That manager...need to find another job because she clearly don't like managing Pizza Hut. If someone orders their pizza a certain way that's obvi how they want it. Pizza so dry it'll get stuck in your throat trying to go down. Extra means more than what you would typically use.
