My experience was not pleasant at all I wanted the my box for the lady to tell they don’t do it anymore but it would let me on the app I don’t understand. Then it took 15 mins for her to get to me to take my order and I was on my break smh I hate this place y’all should tear it down

The food is the only saving grace. The staff here are the rudest people you'll ever have the misfortune of running across. I simply asked for breadsticks I was missing from my alfredo order to get told off and hung up on. Customer service is at a 0 stars if I could do it.

The problem is that they dont tell you a wait time. Order was suppose to be ready 20 minutes ago but they forgot to make it. Then had to wait for them. They definitely need more people working. The manager needs to hire more help or do a better job rather then listening to music

I had a carry out order for a big group of people. Staff at this location was very friendly. But when I got home one of the boxes was completely empty. I called for a refund (not this specific store, corporate maybe?) but they wouldn’t refund me over the phone even though I told them the issue, and said I had to bring the box back to the store to get a refund. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I don’t have the box anymore it’s already been thrown away with the remaining trash. DO BETTER Pizza Hut.

Miss C, Marshawn and Jason took great care of me today. The Western Branch Pizza Hut cancelled our order for 16 pizza that we place, paid, and confirmed days ago, 10 minutes before my son’s birthday party. Miss and and the crew at The Taylor Rd location saved our party by making our order a priority. Thank you for taking care of us and saving our party. AWESOME WORK!!!

What was delivered was different from what was ordered. Each pizza was cold, stale, and partially displaced or damaged. Given the condition of each pizza, it is difficult to believe that any were prepared in the last 4-6 hours. By the time we received the pizzas, the location had closed, so no one was available to address the issues. The pizza was inedible and had to be discarded. It is very frustrating to throw a $66.00 pizza order into the trash.

Really bad smell inside the boxes also had a smell to them like sewer not sure if they are having plumbing issues but if so why still serve food? I know I’m not tripping my hands even smell like it I’ve put bleach on them to get the smell off threw the pizzas away yuck.

Food is always hot and ready on time. They offer plates and when available. I don't have any complaints here and we order probably 2 to 3 times a month from here.
DONT ORDER FROM HERE!! We ordered through the app, estimated delivery time was an hr and half, our order sat unmade till the time it was supposed to be delivered by. So we called to ask the status, lady who took our call didnt even let my fiancé state what the issue was before convincing herself that we were trying to make an order and then promptly hung up on her. So she called back and cancelled the order and waiting for the GM to refund the order. This store has sucked for years at this point. Only once in the past 3 years have they gotten the order right, god forbid you order extra sauces. Pizza hut should shut down this location. Got a recording of their crappy attitude if management even cares.

Excellent service, orders are always quick and easy to pick up and go. Always hot and fresh, well made pizzas and they dont skimp on toppings and we always get the cookie pizza which is outstanding and kids LOVE it. Not every Pizza Hut location is the same but this location goes above and beyond which shows good management, staff and policies.

I will never order here again! I did online order at 10pm ish they took the order uber send driver and they said they gave the order to someone else this is stupid excuse liers! Then until 12ubereat send 3more drivers they closed the place arround 11pm even they suppose to be open until 12am… stop wasting peoples time if u can’t do it just don’t take the order.
