Went in Sunday shortly after noon, so one of the busiest times. No wait for a table for 2. Our server, Mikailah, was very sweet, checked in frequently for coffee refills, and kept us updated on the kitchen. She even hunted down more hazelnut creamer for us. The other servers and atmosphere felt friendly and lively. Food times were understandably slower with a full restaurant, but the kitchen did a great job pushing out orders in a timely fashion. My service experience was great! We had a wonderful waitress who was very attentive. Sweet tea tasted amazing, however the food was mid to me. I ordered the shrimp & grits and the cheese in it over powered the flavor that I was expecting..I also ordered the crab meat fries and the cheese definitely could have been melted more. Kids do eat free , however their drink is not included in that. I would return but definitely would order different items.
Decided to visit this place twice. Once for breakfast and once for lunch. The first time consisted of a southwestern omelette, home fries, and a side of corned beef hash. The second visit was to get the bacon double cheeseburger and potato wedges. I also got a club sandwich, with a side of Mac-n-cheese to go. Both times I was greeted quickly and seated. Both servers were very attentive, I apologize for not asking their names.
